This is beautiful, classic Jake Morley. I knew straight away before reading it that John Parker was playing with you, I think you should take him everywhere with you; his bass perfectly compliments your voice and guitar and is soooo much more than ‘just bass’. Just gorgeous x

So many of your songs over the years have that quality, transcending musicianship; You are a storyteller too, among other things. There’s a story with every song and an emotion or experience tied to every phrase. It’s a truly rare thing to find in music these days. Can’t wait for the full album; many of us are eagerly waiting to add it to our JM collection.
